Obligatory requirements to made a complaint:
cartridge or Lomond paper existence to which quality there are claims;
existence of the commodity or cash voucher;
existence of test page (in case you have claims to quality of a cartridge);
existence of the filled reasonable claim;
existence of packing of the goods is desirable;
